Online registration for the 2020 APS Annual Meeting will be available through March 10th. Beginning March 11th, you may register onsite at the APS registration desk located in the Hilton Long Beach, 701 West Ocean Boulevard Long Beach, CA 90831.
Meeting Cancellation Policy
Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone, and must be in writing via email to info@psychosomatic.org or fax to 703-556-8729. The cancellation deadline is February 27 except in extenuating circumstances.
We understand that some registered participants are facing travel restrictions beyond their control that will prohibit their attendance. For those unable to attend the meeting due to restrictions imposed by the government, airlines or their institutions, we have extended the deadline to request a registration refund until March 10. All refund requests (made to info@psychosomatic.org) will be processed after the meeting.
